Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

You will receive a full refund of purchase price and postage.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

I can't accept returns for:

·           Items on sale

·           Earrings (due to hygiene)

If an item is faulty, contact me immediately, refunds, repairs and exchanges are offered on a fair case by case scenario.

Please note that each gemstone is unique and hand carved.   They may differ from stone to stone and have slight imperfections.  This is part of its individuality and should be embraced.
